This is located in a small pavilion park, adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad Museum. The statue is about two feet tall and sits upon a pedestal that elevates it three feet above the ground level. It faces the Lincoln Highway, the first east-west route from Ocean City, MD to Sacramento, CA. Although this was placed well after it's heyday, it's still a reminder of how people used to travel before the Lincoln Highway. The plaque says, "Donated by Leadership Cheyenne, Class of 2012 "Duster" by Bobbie Carlyle."
