The cemetery, containing the remains of Asa Partridge and other members of the Partridge family, is located near the intersection of Partridge Road (CR 396) and Bleistein Rd near the town of Colden.
Asa Partridge was born 23 December, 1849 and died Dec 30, 1845. He served with the Connecticut Continental Line during the Revolutionary War. Records indicate he was a member of Averill's Company.
After the war, he took his release from the Army and settled in the Colden area. His descendants are still very prominent in the area, although the family cemetery and surrounding lands were sold off in 1940.
