Having visited here about 40 years ago - 1970, it was good to come back with an organised group to go into some of the many caves.
Access is suitable for 2wd cars. No fees.
There are quite lovely narrow river flats to camp on - NO TOILETS, or any facilities.
Privately Owned, but access is 'unlimited'.
The Contact phone number for LARGE groups is (02) 6546 6089
Murrurundi Tourist Information Centre, 113 Mayne St (New England Highway), Murrurundi, 2338 has a well presented book ($35) that maps and describes the caves. Their phone number is (02) 6546 6446.

There had been an accessible cave (1970s) called Carbon Monoxide, which is now gated off. You abseiled and then got winched out.
