The Belleville Bus Terminal, located at 165 Pinnacle Street, is the central hub of public transit in the city of Belleville, Ontario. It was opened in 1997 by Al Palladini, Doug Rollins, and Ross McDougall. On September 26 2008, the facility was renamed to Robert E. Ladoucier Transit Centre in honour of Robert Ladoucier, former manager of Belleville Transit, a position he held for more than 20 years.

Al Palladini (December 24, 1943 – March 7, 2001) was a Progressive Conservative MPP for the riding of York Centre (later Vaughan—King—Aurora) from 1995 until 2001. He served as Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Tourism (1997-2001) and as Minister of Transportation (1995-1997). E.J. Douglas Rollins (November 7, 1938 – November 19, 2012) was a Progressive Conservative MPP for the riding of Quinte from 1995 to 1999. Rollins owned and operated a gas station in the east end of Belleville, and was involved in several community organizations including the Quinte Exhibition and Raceway, and as President of the Belleville Agricultural Society.
