The Graham Farm is located on the south side of W. Britton Road, just west of Highway 4 ({Piedmont Road).

The Century Farm sign at the roadside indicates this is the Graham Farm, and the frame for the sign has a metal silhouette of a covered wagon pulled by two oxen with a man and woman walking. The date shown on the frame is April 22, 1889 which would appear to indicate that the Graham Farm was a Land Run claim.

The residence is a newer brick one-story home.
