This monument is one of the largest in the cemetery, suggesting that Mrs. Perkins was a woman of means. It appears that she gave birth to a child, buried alongside her, just days before dying herself.

Inscription:

Opal E. May, Wife of S. Perkins
June 18, 1892 - June 1, 1914

Her happy soul has winged its way to one pure bright eternal day.
