Benchmark disk on top of the South-Eastern support pillar of a bridge along the Saint Louis - San Fransico rail line (now owned by Burlington Northern-Santa Fe). You can see the disk from on top but you have to climb down to actually reach it. FYI, the walkway can be painful to climb back up on, I recommend gloves if this is what you are going to do. Be safe, it is an active railway and technically private property.
