A wooden boardwalk over muddy, marshy ground at the beginning of a footpath leading to Greencliff Rock, Nr Bideford, North Devon. There are also some shorter sections further along the path as you approach the coast.

Continue on over the hill to Greencliff, with a prominent lime kiln which was once utilised to fire anthracite coming from a seam in the cliff and which ran all the way to Bideford . Today its earthy properties are applied as an artist’s material.
