Butterick's Building comprises of two shops , an estate agent and a pharmay, with a bullnosed roofed verandah extending over the pavement. Both shops originally had pressed metal ceilings , but these have been covered over and the fronts altered. The date is on segmental parapet embellished with scrolls and floral motifs and appearing to be supported by brackets,
