Highbury is a small townsite on the Great Southern Hwy between Narrogin and Wagin , it was originally named Wolwolling after a pool in the nearby Arthur River, but was re-named after letters and parcels were going astray because of similar sounding localities.
The CPA is located in the general store / service station and is open for stamps and other restricted services from 0600 to 1900 Monday - Friday, 0700 to 1900 Saturday and 0700 to 1300 Sunday
