Among the hiking paths around Todtnau, there are several themed walks. One of them has stations that are loosely connected to Biblical stories. The two benches are near the beginning of the walk, north of the church. They refer to the Genesis and were created by a class of a local school with the assistance of artist Jasmina Mrkonjic in 2013.
