Nowadays these salting tanks - for fish and gerum production - are the only traces of a former Roman farm. There are a few remnants of storage spaces around. It is known that the owner of the farm was named Herannius.

The facilities are from the 1st Century AD and they were found in the 19th Century.

They are in a park with several attractions - birds observatories, walking trails, a water mill transformed in museum.
