Fountain near the old quarry

In Switzerland are all fountain filled with drinking water. should not it be, it must be clearly declared "No drink water"!

This fountain stands near the old quarry of stone Bieber.
It is made of natural stone and has two pools connected by a channel.
With the old quarry, it has a T5 cache.
Unfortunately I have no further information found on this well, but i liked it so much.
