The building presumably dates from around the 19th century, judging from the style. It is set a way back from the busy A39 in Kilkhampton, Cornwall, not far from the Church of St James the Great, and 'The Square'. It is built from an unusual combination of rock-faced stone with yellow-brick dressings.
