Two marble slabs, one each outside the entrance, contain the names of 71 men who enlisted from the district in WW1 and another inside facing the entrance names the 13 from WW2 who made the supreme sacrifice. The entrance path to the rotunda from the road contains plaques to individuals who served in other wars and conflicts.
The inscriptions on the WW1 memorials read :-
"Erected in memory of those men who enlisted from Pingelly District and died on active service in the Great War 1914 - 1919.
The path of duty was the way to glory."
The inscription on the WW2 memorial reads :-
"In memory of those men who enlisted from Pingelly District and died on active service in the War 1939 to 1945.
The path of duty was the way to glory."
