This building, at the southwest corner of the town square, served as the town's general store until the early 1950's. For over half a century, it sat empty until it experienced a reawakening of sorts. It now houses living spaces on the upper floors and various businesses on the lower floor.
The large logo for Big Smith Clothing line still remains as a ghost sign, and is clearly visible still today on the upper right side of the building.
