The memorial is located in the lawn of the Town Hall. The concert walk is lined by bricks. There is a central stone pilaster with a dedication plaque. A wall is at the rear of the memorial. There are 4 plaques on the wall listing all of the veterans and the conflict they served in. There are two benches at the memorial.
