The Beggs masonic temple is a one-story red brick building, constructed in 1967. It has a gable roof, covered with metal siding. There are no windows along either side. A large window and possibly an overhead vehicle door have been bricked in on the front, as well as a large display window on the south side.
A granite cornerstone on the front at the southwest corner reads:
The M.W. Grand Lodge
A.F. & A.M>
(masonic emblem)
J. Quimby Wilson, Grand Master
Nov. 18, A.D. 1967, A.L. 5967
The building is currently in use by Masonic Lodge #319 which meets and first and third Thursday at 7:30 PM. It is located at 100 N. Broadway.
