This church consists of an older building and a newer building "complex" that is U shaped. A sign on the door of the new building indicates that it is still in use. There is no sign for the church, but it shows up in topographic maps, and in web searches for Whitesand Church Bennington Oklahoma. There is also a White Sand United Methodist Church in Bennington; but there is no other indication that they are in any way related.

When visiting this church, please note that there are two adjoining gravel roads coming off of US-70 to the north. Do not take the left road, because that goes to private property. Take the right road and you'll be - well - right.
