The Columbia River Maritime Museum is at 1792 Marine Drive, Astoria. A very interesting spot with lots to look at even without going into the museum itself.
The propellor is 13 feet in diameter and weighs two tons. It was dontated to the museum by the US Navy, but was never used on a ship.
