Constructed in 1919-1929, this three and 1/2 story brick Flemish bond building is found on the southeast corner of The Green and State Street. It is named for J. Frank Allee, who served from 1903-1907 as a U.S. Senator. The building contains windows with wood lintels and keystones and recessed doorways. It was designed as a reproduction of the original
Graff House in Philadelphia, a hotel where Thomas Jefferson stayed while writing the Declaration of Independence.
