On the front of the base is the family name, "Frazier," and above it, atop the base, is "Erected by the Woodmen of the World." Mother Nature has set the lichen loose on this one, making it hard to read in places, but the Woodmen tools are easily discerned. The Woodmen emblem is almost totally worn away, and above it, there is a cross with "At Rest" flanking it. Below the emblem is the inscription:
