Memorial Text:-
James Gregory,
Born Oct. 17, 1788,
Died Apr. 22, 1869,
Aged 80 Yrs, 6 Mos, 5 Days.
I have fought a good fight,
I have finished my course,
I have kept the faith.
----
Mary Byram Gregory,
Born Dec. 22, 1800,
Died July 15, 1827,
Aged 26 Yrs, 6 Mos, 23 Days.
Years have come and passed away,
Since thou wast called to thy house,
And in a far off land to rest,
Was laid without a stone to mark thy tomb.
Thus in memory of thy sacred dust,
A child bestows this mark of love,
A token to the world around,
Until we meet in Heaven above.
----
Martha McClure Gregory,
Born April 24, 1791,
Died June 25, 1861,
Aged 70 Yrs, 2 Mos, 1 Day.
Rest in peace.
