This vertical slab is located on an island in the Neilson Garden area of Alton Baker Park.

A set of rectangular stepping stones lead from shore to an island of a pond in the Neilson Garden area of Alton Baker Park. On the island is a cement slab about 8.5 feet high, a little over 4 feet wide and almost a foot thick. Towards the top of the slab is a circular hole about two feet wide. The slab is painted white with a similar design is painted on each side, surrounding the hole. The design is a different color on each side of the slab and has a shape similar to a human figure with two legs, arms and a neck.

DIFFERENCES NOTED BETWEEN THE INVENTORY LISTING AND YOUR OBSERVATIONS AND RESEARCH: I didn't notice inlaid ceramics in this design. It appears to be all painted.
