Vrcholne gotický kostel byl postaven ve druhé polovine 14. století na míste staršího kostela. Roku 1604 byla pristavena velká vež, po požáru 1649 nove zaklenut (1652–54). Podle plánu J. Mockera byl regotizován v letech 1905–08.

The High Gothic church was built in the second half of the 14th century on the site of an older church. In 1604, a large tower was built and after a fire in 1649 the church was newly vaulted (1652-1654). According to the plans of J. Mocker was rebuiled in the Neo-Gothic style in the years 1905-1908.
