The S.B Kemp Post #108 G.A.R. Civil War Monument is located on Lockport Street in the center of Olcott Beach.

A 30' high zinc monument erected by the S.B Kemp Post #108 G.A.R. rises from a 7' square base. The top of the monument has a 6' high figure of a Union soldier standing at parade rest. He is wearing a uniform with cap, knee-length coat and cape. He is holding a rifle vertically by the barrel left hand over right with the butt resting by his right foot. The monument was erected in May, 1899.
The front has the image of General Grant, the G.A.R. medal and the following inscriptions:
