This whimsical fountain occupies the center of a plaza surrounded by restaurants and children's rides. It features a variety of Looney Tunes characters atop a central mushroom-like platform. Bugs Bunny, Sylvester the Cat, the Tasmanian Devil and Daffy Duck are depicted in a film set. Bugs Bunny directs from on high in a cherry picker and the others take their place below. Water flows out of three lighting fixtures and a small car. Some water flows directly into the shallow splash pad below while some water cascades down from the central platform before reaching the splash pad.
