The Hans's Sachs house is one of the remarkable city halls in the Ruhr area: a house which is architecturally at the height of the time without losing besides the charm of its past. It is a place, the politics and culture connects, lies in the heart of the Gelsenkirchener city and is an open house for all Gelsenkirchenerinnen and Gelsenkirchener.
The Hans's Sachs house has since its first opening in 1927 a moved history behind itself which reflects always also the history of the town
