Its location and size give the impression that the sculpture is a promotional object for a nearby shop. However there are no traced of advertisement and it's impossible to trace the promoters of the statue.
It reminds a scrap sculpture although a close look reveals there is no scrap involved. No plaque with author or any information whatsoever.
