Located in Centenary Square near to the City Hall, it is located in a modern building erected in 2006 when Centenary Square was redeveloped. It replaces a Thai restaurant and stands next to Nandos, a chain of Portugese chicken restaurants.
The restaurant can accommodate 180 people and serves mainly Cantonese food and also has an open air teppanyaki bar, noodle bar, and serves over 30 types of desserts.
Outside the restaurant two Chinese style lions guard the entrance.
