In Hershey's downtown is this cornerstone for The Hershey Story Museum.
The museum is located on the north side of US Route 422 and about a block west of the intersection with Park Ave. There is a parking garage behind the building - no charge.
The dated stone is located to the left of the front entrance to the building (when facing the entrance), at foot level, and on the same level of a small plaza as the entrance. The date shown is '2008.' On the right, there is a similar blocked area that states, 'The M. S. Hershey Foundation.'
The museum was created to provide an account of the life of Milton S. Hershey, who used automation techniques to make chocolate and founded the Hershey Company.
