The austere Church of St. Bartholomew the Apostle (Šv. apaštalo Baltramiejaus bažnycia), located on the bank of Vilnia river in Uzupis district of Vilnius, is a small church belonging to the Byelorussian Roman Catholics in Vilnius.

The first church which stood here during the war with Moscow was burned down in 1655. In 1778 architect Marcin Knackfus designed and built an Early Classicist monks’ oratorio, which was rebulit into the church in 1823–1824. These constructions were supervised by Father Augustinas Stodolnikas. A bell-tower, representing the period of historism, was erected on the Church's nave in 1881. The Church was closed in 1949 and sculptors’ workshop was established here during the Soviet times. Finally, in 1997, the St. Bartholomew’s Church was returned to the Vilnius Byelorussian Catholic Community.

Church of St. Bartholomew is a simple single-nave building covered by mono-pitched roof. The storey front façade is finished by a tympanum with a large semi-circular window. The two-storey bell turret is covered with a small cupola.
