This fountain can be seen in Gorki park, in Minsk, the capital city of Belarus.

This is an extremely aesthetically fountain. Located in Gorki park, the main park in Minsk, it's based in a circular pond, surrounded by water jets. The decorative element is a set of two status, representing naked girls, playing with the water, perhaps drinking, perhaps washing theirselves. When the water jets are turned off the place is equally (or even more) beautiful.
As it is common in Communist elements, there is no reference to the author of the sculptures.
