Rane gotický farní kostel byl v Horaždovicích postaven zrejme v 60. letech 13. století (snad 1260–73). Stavbu dokoncili johanité v první ctvrti 14. století. Úpravy 1454 (vež), v 18. století, cástecná regotizace 1910.

Early Gothic parish church was built in Horaždovice probably in the 60 years of the 13th century (probably 1260-1273). The construction was completed Hospitallers in the first quarter of the 14th century. The tower is from 1454, adaptation in the 18th century, regothization 1910.
