Depicted austere and simple Nativity of Our Lady Church (Kostel Narození Panny Marie), the old building with medieval core founded in 1352, is Roman Catholic church located in a small town Kácov.
The church, currently without any dominant exterior features of classical architectural styles, has Gothic core from the 14th century. But several, mostly Baroque and Empire reconstructions and rebuilding during 17th-19th century changed its original Gothic appearance. The present austere exterior is a result of the last principal rebuilding (1862), which removed heavy windstrom damages (1845). Nativity of Our Lady Church is three nave structure with western massive prismatic belfry and eastern rectangular presbytery with bevelled windows. Presbytery (with sanctus turret) and nave with aisles are covered by hip roof, the belfry by pyramidal roof.
