V cerveno-modre deleném štíte nahore stríbrná lilie, dole na trávníku dub, obojí zlaté.

Návrh znaku a následne vlajky vycházel z historické peceti obce na které je vyobrazen stylizovane dub, jedná se o paralelu k místní dominante a to Dubovému kopci, která oslovila naše predky již v minulých stoletích.
Z hlediska heraldických figur užitých v našem znaku a následne ve vlajce, je listnatý strom symbolem bytí lidského rodu od korenu dávnovekosti až po nove rašící vetve prítomnosti. Dub je znamením síly, vernosti, pevnosti a vytrvalosti. Dochováno je staré prísloví, které ríká, že jednou ranou poražen nebývá.
Prepásaná lilie je užita ve vztahu k zasvecení naši kaplicky. Lilie je symbolem nevinnosti a cistého ušlechtilého smýšlení. Je tvorena tremi nahore delšími a tremi dole kratšími listy. Strední lístek symbolizuje Víru, postranní pak Moudrost a Rytírství.
Barvy znaku a praporu respektují základní heraldická pravidla.
