Narrenbrunnen (Jester's Fountain) is located at the market square in the center of Todtnau.
The fountain was created by the artist Leonard Eder on behalf of the carnival guild of Todtnau. It was inaugurated on July 15, 1989.
Carnival fountains like this one are widely known in the Southern Black Forest and a part of the local carnival tradition.
