Back 40 Cafe has been in business a few years and constantly has patrons filling up the booths, eager to experience one of the many sizable meals this place has to offer. Popular with ranch families and senior citizens alike, the large portions served here are a staple as evidenced by Klamath's biggest hamburger, called the 'Dave Ultimate Triple' which comprises three 1/2 lb. patties and bacon and cheese for $14.95. It stands so tall that the only way to keep it together is to stick a steak knife down the middle of it like a toothpick. WOW. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in for a burger and fries! They make good shakes too!
