The House of Poverty is a collection that Monte Holm put together over the years while in the scrap metal business.

Monte Holm at 13 was a hobo and lived on the rails. He eventually settled down and started a scrap metal salvage business and started his own railline and this musuem to showcase the equipment he salvaged.
