In Suarriba were the Way of St James turns from an asphalt road onto a dirt road you can find this Way Marker.
The way marker is a granite stone block of about one meter tall and has a ceramic tile with the way of St. James symbol in a carved space on the rock, below there is other carved space where there was a metal plate with the information of the kilometers, but was stolen.
