Fast Eddie's Diner has a 50's style motif with accompanying era appropriate neon lighting. Visitors first see the retro-style sign of carhop on roller skates carrying a food order. The name Fast Eddie's is written in neon script. The word Diner has an Art Deco look.
Before it was Six Flags New England, this amusement park was called Riverside Park. Originally a trolley park, it was built at the end of a trolley line in 1880. When Six Flags acquired the property in 1998 they themed the area of the park where this diner was located as a 1950's city they named Rockville.
