U.S. Bureau of Public Roads '64 - 5082.35' BM - Klamath County, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I located this US Dept of Commerce Bureau of Public Roads benchmark (by accident) in good condition. The mark is an aluminum disk monumented on top of a large, round concrete post, flush with the surface and about 3 inches above the ground. The mark and post are located about 35 feet north of the center of the highway and about six feet NW of a metal sign post (sign is gone). The benchmark contains a designation stamping of '64' as well as an elevation stamping of '5082.35'. This disk is not listed in the NGS database nor on a topography map. My posted coordinates should place you very close to this mark.
