We noticed this one on our last jaunt through Castlegar. Pretty sure it wasn't there a few months earlier. They are just a bottle depot, where one gets paid for pretty much any type of beverage container, except for milk containers.

This depot is one of the Return It chain, which operates depots throughout BC. It is on the east side of Columbia Avenue at about 15th Street, well south of downtown.
