This fountain is located at the rear side of the government building in Liestal.

There's a small road along the rear side of government building in Liestal. The fountain is just opposite the building. It has a round recessed basin with a diameter of about eight meters. It the center it has a large irregular boulder that is completely overgrown with moss.
