OSHD Washburn Way Overpass -'RP 3' Reference Mark - Klamath Falls, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this Oregon State Highway Division reference mark in good condition. It is monumented on top of concrete curbing on the west portion of a railroad overpass. There is the designation stamping of 'RP 3' on the disk face with an arrow pointing across the street to another survey mark that has possibly had the disk face destroyed, with only the shaft remaining protruding from the curb and a white spraypainted circle around it. This reference mark also has a white spraypainted circle around it, making for easier recovery. This mark doesn't exist in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
