"Bibliotree, a sculptural element in the form of a tall flourishing tree made of water jet cut stainless steel. It will be placed within the landscaped area near the front entry of the library, adjacent to the property wall and in close proximity to the other public art elements of this project. It will be 10' high and approximately 6' wide at the widest point in its foliage. It depicts letters from many global alphabets in the trunk, opening out into branches that serve as shelves for books and other media, suggesting how such items are an outgrowth of language."
