Lieutenant Eyre Frederick Morton Dann
Born on October 31st, 1887 in Kilkeedy, Co. Limerick, Ireland, Eyre was the son of the late Rev. Alfred George and Margaret Sophia Dann and husband of Kathleen Isabel Dann, of Penetanguishene, Ontario. Lieutenant Dann was a member of D Company, 72nd Battalion, Canadian Infantry, Canadian Expeditionary Forces, in World War I. He enlisted at Vancouver, British Columbia on December 28, 1915 at the age of 28 and was wounded on his birthday, October 31st, succumbing to his wounds on November 3rd, 1916. His gravesite is at

Gunner Arthur Walter Chamberlin
Born on April 4th, 1885, Arthur was the son of the late Maj. A. B. Chamberlin, R.A., and Mrs. Chamberlin and husband of Theresa G. Chamberlin (Goldie), of Toronto, Ontario. Gunner Chamberlin was a member of the 4th Brigade of the Canadian Field Artillery, Canadian Expeditionary Forces, in World War I. He enlisted at Esquimalt, British Columbia on November 11th, 1915 at the age of 30 and was killed in action on May 6th, 1917. His gravesite is at
Barlin Communal Cemetery in Pas de Calais, France.
