"Voorimehe (Coachman) street is one of the oldest streets, which connected the Uppertown with the Market Square. In 1813 the street was named Kleine-Rittergasse (Small knight street). Obviously it got such a name after a bunch of horsemen hwo used to stand besides the horse-drowns on the Time Hall square"
