Building has "1998" date inserted in the brick face, but after walking around the building and examining the area, I am convinced the building is very much older. The 1998 date is when it was re-modeled and made city hall and the municipal court.
I could be wrong, have been once before, but I am pretty sure it is an old downtown brick building re-modeled for current usage.
