Her parents were William Napoleon Peters (1853 - 1944) & Laura Armstead Hughes Peters (1859 - 1934)

Her Find-A-Grave page has very little to offer.

She witnessed the turn f the century, world wars one and two..lived through the depression. Considering where she was buried, she was isolated from much of the worlds woes, being on a farm in the back woods of Missouri
